As much as I love traveling and experimenting with new looks, at times the combination of the two proves to be a bit overwhelming. If I'm being honest, I probably care too much about what I pack for trips - always considering what activities could arise to make sure I have all my bases covered. Knowing this, it will come as no surprise to you that it takes me at minimum an hour to pack regardless of trip length #highmaintence.
However, this past Thursday night I hit a milestone when for the first time, packing was a breeze. My strategy? Pack my tried and true basics, ones I know and love - the fruits of my labor are seen here. Breakthrough I know. If you're wondering, yes I do have a college degree. Ohio State should be proud.

I am a terrible packer! I basically try to bring everything I own. Although packing basics does sounds like the way to go… Love this look and those shoes!

Nikki I am totally with you, hopefully we can both get a little better!
DeleteWhat a great packing philosophy and something I should try!! I'm usually a bit of a packing disaster. And I love timeless outfits like this, so good, everytime! xo V
ReplyDeletePS Yay denim vest, can't wait to wear mine all summer long!!
I'm not the best at packing either, it always takes way longer than it should for me to decide what goes and what stays. I just want to have the "right" options with me.
ReplyDeleteI love this outfit, especially the details on the back of your top!
