If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that I have a serious love affair with mexican food. I personally think every holiday should be celebrated with a margarita and if I could convice my family to trade turkey for fajitas at Thanksgiving, I'd be a very happy girl.
Luckily for me, I married a man who makes a mean batch of guacamole. He's shared with both friends & family, and we all agree that it's his specialty. After we enjoyed his recipe as an homemade appetizer last Friday night and then again for lunch Saturday, I convinced him to document his recipe for me so I could share. Scroll down for (in my opinion) the best guacamole on this side of the Mississippi.

Your husband left out one extremely important ingredient, of which I would never dare exclude. Consider this an invitation to a guacamole challenge!
