Wrap it Up

One of my favorite trends this winter has been the blanket scarf/cape phenomenon. The reason? It is highly functional in freezing temps, providing both an extra layer and the feeling of being wrapped up in a blanket by the fire. Side note - caution on wearing to work, as falling asleep by your imaginary fire due to extreme coziness is usually frowned upon. 

I found this scarf during Zara's amazing end of the year sale for under $30 (which is sadly now sold out) and scooped it right up. With it's bold colors and oversized style, it's proven to bring new life to an outfit that seems to be constantly on repeat.
